If you use natural pet food, what brand do you use?? Why did you choose that brand? Or do you do the BARF diet?

we do a homemade diet mostly, but not BARF. We follow the diet in "The Allergy Book for Dogs" and also feed Hill's Science Diet in between.

What a great idea - I've never even thought about feeding my cat anything other than Friskies, and yet I'm so careful about my own diet.

Thanks for something to further consider in all things healthful!

I was the same way. Here I was with us eating a healthy diet while we fed our dog [censored] dog food. She was shedding and having some other problems when a friend mentioned food allergies. Then when I started researching I couldn't believe how bad the ingredients were.

My cat Bella (ironically enough) is nuts. I am now wondering if it isn;t her food.

It's certainly worth a try - and yes, it's a shame I've never given that proper place. I mean to research this and start looking for better foods for her.

Even if it does not help her kitty insanity, but one can hope...

Our dog was extremely hyperactive--so bad that we almost gave her away. It was terrible. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Now she's much calmer!
