BellaOnline Forums Hobbies and Crafts Crochet Altering the "Pretty Poncho" pattern

I love the pretty poncho pattern but I want the poncho to go into a "v". How would I go about doing that? Or can I even do that?

I designed it to be round. Have you checked over at lion brand, or do you want an open mesh pattern with a v neck ?

I like the open mesh pattern and I have looked all over for one that goes into a v. I like the v shaped ponchos but all the patterns I've seen are stitched not open mesh. I am not sure if I am potraying my intentions correctly. Lol. I fell so bad because I seem to always be asking you how to change your pattern. Please don't take offense or anything! :love: That's just me, always changing stuff around! Lol.

Trust me, no offense taken. You are actually giving me ideas so keep them coming. I sort of feel bad because I am getting ready for a craft show and I always wait until the last minute (yes I know that it is a very bad habit ) I promise by next week I will have the petal stitch in rectangle form, and I will get to work on your open mesh v neck.
