Hummus is ground up chickpeas so generally it's pretty high in carbs. I'd stay away from that for the first two weeks, and generally not gorge on it <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> It's nice as a treat, but not to eat entire bin-fulls as an afternoon snack <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
