Can someone please help me!
I'm trying to obtain Rikku's ultimate weapon and so far have managed to get both Godhand and the crest but now i'm stuck on the mercury sigil <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
I've been through the walkthrough to no avail as i caught upto number 7 of the cactuars. Now when I try to find Issaru (*sp) he isn't where he is supposed to be <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
This is exactly where I am:

but he is no where to be found.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to exit and re-enter the area, before he will show up run to the next area, and return, and he should be there.

Can you help me a little more please? I've taken it to maclainia woods and powered it up to its full potential but it doesnt seem to do much. It's got triple or double overdrive break something limit, basically everything it should but it makes no major difference to rikku at all. Could it be that she isnt leveled up enough or have i forgotten something?

Also whilst your at it any help on finding tidus' ragnorak sword would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah and one other thing. I went to Remiem temple and fought against Belgimeins aeons and got to Bahamut and came unstuck. I then gave up and went on to complete the chocbo race. Problem is now I think i'm leveled up enough to beat the rest except i can't get back into the temple Last time I went to the northwest of the calm lands and did the chocobo training in order to get a chocobo but now he isn't there any longer. Is there a way to get back to the temple without a chocobo? if not how do i get a chocobo so i can get back?

Rikku's legendary weapon isn't quite as nice as some of the others, but the biggest perk of the weapons is their damage properties. The weapons will do about double damage when your HP is full, and start to do less as your HP is depleted. This allows you to do much more damage as long as you can keep your health up. If you haven't done much leveling beyond her own sphere grid, Rikku will be much too weak to be effective with any weapon, but her Celestial Weapon comes with Triple AP so you can level her up quickly

I'm not sure if there is a weapon called Ragnorak in FFX. If you are talking about Tidus' Celestial Weapon, its name is Caladbolg. You must race the Chocobo trainer in the balloon race and get a better time than her. Then go to the northwest corner of the Calm Lands, and take the narrow path that is there. Tidus' crest is in Zanarkand where you fought Yunalesca, and you must get a time of 0.0 seconds in the balloon race to obtain the sigil. (You have to grab about 12+ balloons and not hit any birds to do this.)

The chocobo trainer moves sometime after you get the airship. She should be out in front of the travel agency where you enter the area.

Tidus' weapon which I want/need is the one that enables you to convert overdive to ap and it also has triple overdirve on it. You can see why I want this lol.
As for Rikku I have her leveled up quite a bit but only really use her for her "use" option and her "steal" option, which I have taught to both Tidus and Yuna. So Rikku is pretty much a spare part. Instead i've begun teaching her black magic which is proving quite useful because I can put Rikku, Tidus and Yuna in and be able to cure on every turn.

At the moment i'm attempting that infuriating butterfly catching game.

Ah, if it is Overdrive->AP weapons you are looking for, you should be able to customize them. It requires 10 Door to Tomorrow, which you should get 99 of when completing the monster arena. This gives you plenty to make a weapon for all 7 characters. Keep in mind the ultimate goal would be a weapon with Overdrive->AP, Triple AP, and Triple Overdrive. If you truly want to exploit these to their fullest, you should take a look at my post regarding Don Tonberry here:

I'm so chuffed <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I managed to get 99 doors to tomorrow <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> But please tell me where or how I get a weapon with triple ap and triple overdrive. Preferable for tidus but any would do <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Or many lol.

This is all explained in the Don Tonberry explanation that I provided the link for, but quickly:

You can get weapons with Triple AP and 2 open slots by defeating the Evil Eye (Species Creation) You can then customize these with Overdrive->AP using your Doors to Tomorrow. You can add Triple Overdrive with 30 Winning Formulas. I think you should get 99 of these when completing the Monster Arena, but that won't be enough for all 7 weapons. You can bribe about 15 from the Sand Worm for 900,000. You should be able to obtain a lot of cash by selling any extra Triple AP weapons you get. You could also settle for Double Overdrive on some, which can be customized using 30 Underdog's Secret. You should have 99 of these too, but I can't recall a way to bribe them.

The most luckiest thing just happened to me!
I was in mt. gagazet finishing up for the monster areana and came across Wakka's throw the ball in the hole thing. anyway after a few shots I got it again and expecting some great prize from it I was disapointed to find it infact releases the Dark version of Anima! I know these are only on the PAL/International version. Anyway I save and think what the hell if i'm gonna get killed i'll do it in style <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> So I jump in head first and Yuna (with her auto haste/iniative) gets the first turn. So I summon Yojimbo for the sake of it and he only goes and deals out a Zanamoto or whatever it's called.
Result: 1 Dead Dark Anima, 1 Soul of Mog (For Lulu, with Break Damage Limit, Triple AP and 2 free slots) and 1 Great big smile on my face <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
Now i'm off to see if I can get the better of Dark Valefor! It stands in my way of Besaid Temple, where I need the last Jecht Sphere, The destruction Sphere in order to get Anima and a little dog that apparently woofs and gives Valefor Energy Blast!
If you don't see me for a little while you'll know I didn't succeed lol.
