I'm curious to find out what colors everyone is using for their upcoming wedding? Drop me a line and let me know when you have a chance.

I'm going to wear a cranberry red dress...call it vermillion burgundy crimson - pends who you talk to and my girls are going to be in eggplant purple....black magic (super dark burgundy) & orange roses, golden sunflowers, purple irises, kermit buttons (chartuese-y green) lots of caspia, solidago, etc....

Can you tell I'm a florist 10 years running?

Our wedding is at the end of autumn, and our colours are based on nectarines. We will have deep red, warm yellow and orange.

My dress will be red and orange. The stationery will be red, yellow and orange. Our decorations would be fresh nectarines except we cannot guarantee that they will be available at the time. We are looking to use artificial nectarines instead.

Your colors are unique and go with the season. I think it's a great idea. Nectarines are hard to find in autumn so it's best to go with artificial nectarines. If you have any questions or need any help finding anything, please email me. weddings@bellaonline.com

We're opting for green with pink accents. It's my SO's favorite color. I just wanted to put in pink 'coz it's my favorite color.

We're still working on the actual shades. We want something bright but not too flashy 'coz it's a morning wedding. Maybe pastel green/mint green with a touch of pink (the shade, I'm still not so sure).

Jeannie117, if I were you, I would go to your local paint store, or Wal-Mart, and get pink and green paint clips. It will help you decide what's too bright and what's right. Or what I really like is going to a fabric store and looking at the different styles, textures, and shades of pink and green. I think this way is much better because it's actual fabric.

Thanks Tonya!

I've found a site that has great looking artificial nectarines (zimmerman marketplace), and have emailed them with an order.

Unfortunately haven't heard back from them (in nearly 2 weeks). I guess they'll need chasing up, or is there anywhere else you can suggest? I'm in New Zealand, so they'd need to be able to ship here!

I would try to contact whoever it is your purchased with. I will check through some contacts I have for artificial nectarines and see if they can ship to New Zealand. I'll try to post in a few hours.

I haven't been able to find any places that will ship to New Zealand. I still have a few email queries I'm waiting for an answer. Make sure you stay on top of whoever you ordered from. Call them and email them until you get some answers. Good Luck!
