I take a regular multivitamin and then an extra calcium, because the multivitamin doesn't give enough calcium in it.

I used to take extra Vitamin E too, but I haven't done that in a while.

I must be one of the lucky ones. I eat correctly, exercise and my health is good and that comes from my doctor.

Toetapping - but do you mean you don't take any vitamins? It's physically impossible to get all vitamins you need each day via food, no matter what you eat

I take a multiple, Vitamin C, and Salmon oil(for joint pain) in the morning.

At night, I take calcium, glucosomine/condroiten (for arthritis), and bioflavenoids (for alergies)

I used to take extra vitamin C and I really do think it helped - plus those are easy to eat and yummy orange flavor. I really should start doing that again, that's a no-pain benefit.

I'm getting more and more joint pain as I age. Do you really find the salmon oil helps?

Yes, I really think Salmon Oil helps. A few years ago I read a book by doctors about natural cures for arthritis. They suggested, among other things, cold water fish. So I eat cold water fish too. I read somewhere else about Salmon oil for joint pain and I thought 'cold water fish'

I always take vitamin C because I come into close contact with so many people. I also read that vitamin C helps to create the collagen layer under your skin. - fights wrinkles!

You inspired me to go find my Vitamin C - and it's expired! Ah well, I guess now I have multiple things to pick up at CVS ...
