We have well water, and even so we have a Brita water filter that we use for our drinking water. We also have a fridge with a water and ice dispenser, but to be honest it takes SO long for the water to dribble out of the fridge that it's just easier to pour it out of the Brita.

Also for some strange reason I don't like cold water, I think it hurts my teeth. So I like room temperature water ...

I drink it straight from the tap. I do not like cold water either.

At work I drink bottled water. The tap just has an off taste... and an odor (local water is pulled from a lake and it still smells lakish even though my office has a filter on the tap).

At home I drink from the tap. We have in-line filters to drop sediment (calcium) levels down.

There's a theory that if you drink cold water it gives you a slight health benefit because your body has to use energy to "warm it up" to your body temperature, so you are burning calories just by drinking it. Maybe I should try to train myself to like colder water ...

Do you have an option of well or filtered water, or is it more that you're at work or something where all the water there is bad?

Our cities water isn't that great. It comes from a lake.

We have the "Rhino" whole house water filter by Aquasana. It removes chlorine, flouride, and other toxins...

When we're out, we try to buy bottled water..

Jan - isn't it interesting that some people deliberately add flouride to their water systems, when many researchers have shown that it's great to put ON teeth (i.e. brushing) but not good at all to ingest in large quantities! How did we ever go from "good to brush with twice a day" to "good to drink into your stomach in large quantities"? <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
