I saw this in the store today--Lipton Green Tea 2 Go. I got the Cherry Blossom variety. There was a Mandarin Orange, too.

I put it in my water bottle and was pleasantly surprised. I like it. I tried the bottled Green Tea Citrus Diet and didn't care for it, but this really enhances cold water. It's not too sweet and has a very mild taste--not at all like Kool-Aid, which is a little too fruity and sweet for me.

I haven't seen the Liptons Green Tea 2 Go but I love the boxed Liptons green tea, - the one with Jazmine. I will look for the 2 Go.

The 2 Go stuff is by the kool-aid in my grocery. I tried the lemonade (Crystal Light) and it was okay, but still a little too sweet, so I was glad to find the tea.

Bob's tried a bunch of the teas so I'll have to see if that's in there. I try to stay away from the teas myself because I'm very sensitive to caffeine now, but he doesn't mind them <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I looked and looked and looked for this. I get the Crystal light stuff, but mix it in with one of the larger drink bottles, so it's not so sweet. Then I finally did find it, not in the Koolaid section, but in with the Tea. DUH!! lol, anyway, they are really good.

I'm glad you found it! Yes it's hard to figure out grocery store organizations sometimes, they should have all drink stuff together ...

Hi. I love Lipton's Green Tea to go. I used to prepare one of those hot green tea packets but now that there's an instant one, I'd never go back.
Anyway, I just read this article on MSN about how caffeine greatly affects bone density especially for women http://health.msn.com/womenshealth/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid=100146634&GT1=8616

So I went ahead and sent an email to the 'surgeon general' asking about how bad green tea can affect our bone. Hope to get a reply soon. As soon as I get it, I'll post it on here. [color:"blue"] [color:"green"]

I used to drink green tea as it has lower caffeine than regular tea - but an article on CNN was just talking about how even decaf coffee can still have enough caffeine in it to bother you. So I really think it's important to swear off caffeine. If you start quibbling over "will it hurt me a lot or a little" you need to ask yourself, is it really worth it to me? It's like driving with a seatbelt. Chances might be slim that you'll be in an accident, but why not wear it?

I'm not that sensitive to caffeine, but aspartame has a really bad effect on me. Is the Green Tea to Go sweetened with it?

From the Lipton website, here are the ingredients -

Instant green tea, maltodextrin, citric acid (provides tartness), sucralose (Splenda brand), natural flavors (contain soy lecithin), silicon dioxide (prevents caking).
