Hi everyone!
Eva...that surprise was waaaaay cool!!! Thank you for the lowdown on the download!! I have it installed, but have yet to go through and see how I can apply it to my crocheting. I did happen to take a quick peek at the directory, to see if their was anything "crochet specific", and there wasn't. This means, I must find my thinking cap, lol!!(Hmmmmm....where did that thing go, anyway??)
Thanks so much!!!

Eva, I love the download. It's got me thinking I might look for an inexpensive sewing pattern program for other articles of clothing to use for sizing crochet designs.

oh Judy that is a really good idea. I have been debating on investing in www.cochenille.com software. It's a little out of my budget right now but there is always x-mas and birthdays right <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Hi Eva,

I signed up for the newsletter but haven't received it. I'm dying to see what everyone is talking about.

I don't have any record of receiving the newsletter either. How do I get it?

Eva, I checked out the cochenille.com site. Looks like a great program, but out of my budget range for now, also! I think I'd rather spend that kind of money on a good graphics program that will let me put some of my thread crochet designs on computer easier. (Then, of course, I'd have to get one of my kids to teach me how to use it!) I don't suppose you know which graphics program most crochet designers use that allows them to show individual stitch detail? ~Judy

You can sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of almost every article, http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art7654.asp just scroll to the bottom put in your email address. Also if you have an AOL account or use any type of spam blocker software, you have to put us in your permissions area, otherwise when the newsletter gets sent it will be marked as spam and may just get deleted before you even see it. Try signing up again and make sure you have us listed as safe to get email from BellaOnline.

Judy, I don't know which program they use. I do know that there is a really good program for filet crochet that I have and just love http://www.crochetdesigns.com/ and I use mine often to create gifts for family. I find out what they like (animals, plants etc.) then search around the net for copyright free clipart, copy and paste into the program and then print. Once you use it a couple of times it is super easy.
