I haven't found a pattern to use for this scarf. I would like one that is open and lacey. please, someone give me the answer. thank you.

Hi GrannyT, the pattern is made so that you can design your own. It is basically a rectangle strip that you can crochet in any pattern and then you "twist" one end then sew together. I don't know of any patterns for one.

I'm curious when people say they can't/haven't found a particular pattern . . . no luck on the net, or no luck in other sources, such as published patterns or the library?

the answer to your queation for me is: I couldn't find a picture of a scarf in a pattern that I liked. There are directions for the scarf, but I like to see the completed article.I think a lot of people are like me. I guess we have no imaginations!!! Pictures of completed articles showing yarns and combinations of yarns in a product would be most helpful.
