Justin Barber and his wife April ended up on the beach for a romantic moment before their evening ended.

Barber says a Mugger shot him 4 times and killed his wife.

The Prosecution says, Justin Barber is a Lie.

The prosecution believes Justin killed his wife for the 2.3 million dollar Life Insurance Policy. They were married only a few short years and Barber had lots of affairs, plus they lived in different states.

Barber had researched on his computer the effects and traumas of the exact places where he had been shot. One in specific was under his right nipple.

He had researched fleeing to Brazil and other relocations.
The words Barber chose to input in the google and yahoo search engines gave the impression he plotted a crime and needed to know how to flee and escape from this crime.

The question is it all circumstantial?

The morning of his wife's death Justin downloaded a Gun n Roses song, "Used To Love Her" which is about loving her but had to kill her. The jury listened to the song in complete awe.

Justin Barber had a rough day yesterday, maybe the ball will be in his court today.

Not too much of a better day for Justin Barber on Thursday.

Even though, Barber has willingly given authorities 7 statements they still don't believe him.

Many are having problems with Justin leaving his wife at the scene, while he drove miles for help.

Barber says, he checked everywhere in the car for their cell phones. Authorities found his wife's cell phone in her purse underneath the front seat and Barber's was also located.

His blood was only found on the steering wheel of the car.

Barber, gave 7 statements that he tried to jump in front of the oncoming bullet aimed towards his wife, as she was standing.

The Medical Examiner testified, that April Barber was shot while lying down.

Barber's states, he dragged, pulled, lifted and tried to carry his wife to safety.

Expert testimony disputes all those allegations, the physical evidence isn't supporting his theory.

Closing arguments are being presented today and the jury will be sequestered.

The defense presented expert testimony that poked alot of holes in the prosecutions theory and their evidence concerning the crime scene.

Justin Barber's 4 gun shot wounds were all superficial. Experts say it's possible for a person to self inflict these type of gun shot wounds and survive If they know what they are doing.

Barber's google records prove someone in his home and on his personal computer certainly researched these type of gun shot wounds. This search was very extensive and could be very damaging to him.

Two witnesses (a couple) came forth that aided Barber immediately after the crime took place. They remember 2 cars being near the scene of the crime.

They were interviewed by CourtTV. The gentleman appeared to question his innocence and the woman leaned closer to his innocence. Although, neither would publicly say Yes or No.

However, the gentleman stated the victim looked as if she had died by drowning. He helps in rescue missions etc.

The prosecution believes Justin Barber had attemped to drown his wife, then shot her.

If found guilty Barber is facing the death penalty.

The jury has been deliberating for 3 days, a total of 22 hours.

The jurors went back into the courtroom for several hours in order to rehear expert testimony relevant to the crime scene.

The jury consists of 6 women and 6 men, one of the male jurors is reported to be in his early twenties.

Justin Barber has a courtroom full of friends and family members, they are standing by him in full support.

Justin Barber has been found guilty of 1st degree premeditated murder and the jury has recommended the Death Penalty.

The vote was 8 to 4.

The defense put no witnesses on the stand to plea for his life. This was Barber's decision based on the fact he says, that he is innocent and will not have his Mother or other family members nor friends beg for his Life. He did not want to take his loved ones thru this.
