BellaOnline Forums Hobbies and Crafts Crochet Has anyone used the Bernat sweet stripes?

I have finished the baby Hoodie on the new Bernat leaflet (Wal-mart a dollar) for Baby Coordinates Sweet Stripes. I liked it, and made very few changes. It did not stripe perfect as self stripes never do. I understand this but would a non knitter or crocheter think I just goofed up a little? Do you think it would bother them? I am about to donate it. Hi MiMi, I just looked at it from different angles and to me it looks like a design element or it is just the way it is suppose to be. I am hoping that everyone else jumps in here to give you an opinion.

I think its adorable just the way it is. its very "unique"

You guys are sweethearts thanks. I have just looked at it till I can no longer judge. My prissy no knitter or crocheting DD says it looks uneven mom. I am donating it with love and hope who recieves it thinks its cute. Lesson learned I really love the yarn, but I am not sure others would. I will still make up what I have bought in the excitement of the new yarn find, but doubt if I buy more unless this catches on.

I think it looks great! like eva said it kinda looks like a design element. I've never used the striping yarn before...maybe I'll give it a shot...i love trying new yarns
