I read today that JBL will be taking some time off following this week's smackdown. They really will end up with nobody left on that brand soon.

After seeing SD this week - with the whole JBL storyline - I think SD needs a lot more than Randy Orton!! Unless the brand extension is ending, I really don't see what they're going to do.

As much as Randy seems to be an a#@hole as portrayed on the newsboards I'm glad he's coming back. I'd volunteer also to be a Diva just so I can give Randy a taste of his own medicine.

I guess I am the only one who doesn't miss Orton and couldn't care less if he ever comes back. Batista, as disappointing as his personal life is which is really none of my business, is much more needed than Orton. Orton was pretty much nothing before he left. Maybe he will come back and get into a hot feud with someone. And BOY doesn't it seem ripe for a Batista/Booker feud after Booker became King and all? Hmm....

I still have not gotten verification of Orton's return. WWE said there is no set date when I inquired. However, they may be just doing the media thing with me. They do that often ... the whole "No comment" crud media goes through when trying to get an honest answer. Still, I have yet to see any concrete date for Orton. I only read PWinsider, Observer, and Torch. I don't read rehash sites or fan sites because they have been wrong so many times. If they credit one of those three or WWE.com/TNAwrestling.com then I will put stock into it.

Patty, why do you hate Orton so much? I mean, regardless of his personal life, he is a really great wrestler (and 1000x better than Khali and Mark Henry)and is a decent talker. Smackdown desperately needs him right now.

And I've heard he has went to couselling to sort out some of his problems...so he is trying to improve his behaviour.

I don't hate anyone. I am just not impressed with Orton's persona and I am not entertained by his promos. I think he will someday be a big star if stays on course but he just isn't someone I enjoy watching personally. It has nothing to do with his backstage behavior.

I have said a number of times that I am not a fan but SD needs bodies and people who can work and Randy can. I am a fan of SD and want the brand to succeed thus I hope Randy returns and gets a push and succeeds as well.

She's a woman who has been in the lockerroom before and she has seen what pricks do to the women most likely. Thankfully not everyone knows his backstage history or the question would've been, "How CAN you like Orton?" Chalk it up to being young or whatever, but the dude isn't a nice young man.

Theres another thread floating around suggesting hes having therapy. Hopefully he will learn his lesson and be a little more humble and well mannered on his return, for the good of the smackdown brand.

I hope he does learn his lesson and does change his way for his sake and for the good of Smackdown. Just not sure if he's mature enough to do, or will he then later start slipping back into his bad habits again.? Well only time will tell...
