I've done some digging, and apparently some women and medical practitioners feel you may be able to discern just when the fertilized egg is burrowing in. I've had 3 babies, and I can't say I ever recognized this? Has anyone been able to tell this was happening? Can you describe what it felt like?

I am 19 wks preg with my 6th baby (5th living) and I have never ever felt it to the best of my knowledge. The first sign I've always had was a weird crampy feeling a day or so before my period was due. I've never experienced implantation bleeding either.

Maybe I couldn't feel it because I didnt' want to be pregnant the first time and with all the other pregs I had little ones keeping me too busy to sit and think about what I felt.

Hey, Thanks for responding...I didn't think I've ever felt it, with 3 previous babies, but I am wondering (just one or two days away from maybe starting) if I didn't actually feel it this time. I suppose I'll know shortly!

Thanks for your input, I hope you'll stick around. And it seems you've been here awhile, so please offer any advice you think I could use.

Well, maybe you are feeling it, i think we become more intune with our bodies as time goes and with the more kids we have. Then again, maybe you *want* to feel it so you do, ya know what I mean? Goodness knows I've convinced myself in the other way, so sure I would lose a baby again I made myself feel and pretty much see things that just weren't there (thankfully!)

I've been homeschooling for almost 7 years now and the hoemschool editor here for around 4 years <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
