Game � Building the Perfect Jambalaya

Let�s custom build the best ever Jambalaya � one post at a time. First we need to build our list of ingredients. Our recipe will serve 8 hungry people so keep that in mind when listing the measurement for your ingredient. After all ingredients are posted, we can add the cooking instructions.

Michelle - I'm with you -- I don't measure either. I just add what I have on hand -- and in the amounts I feel like at the time.

I like to add herbs to my Jambalaya. In fact, I add herbs (fresh or dried) to everything!

1 heaping teaspoon dried Thyme or 2 teaspoons fresh Thyme

3 tablespoons fresh parsley -- minced (1 tablespoon for the pot and 2 to sprinkle on top)!
