Has anyone tried Dr. Phil's books on losing weight? I just bought 3 of his books (including cookbook which I probably won't use) & am wondering if you found his ideas helpful.

Yes I have lost 96 pounds with Dr phills 7 keys to weight loss and have found it very helpful.

Dr Phill tells it how it is and I really like his honesty and he makes the reader see how it is up to them to make it happen.

There are no easy ways to loose weight and it annoys me when Isee all the posts abo0ut this tablet and that tablet bla bla bla because THEY DO NOT WORK!

Loosing weight long term reqires a total lifestyle change and it has been the hardest thing I have ever done but once you get it it becomes easy.

Is this the tall, moustachioed Oprah-Winfrey Dr. Phil, whom I once heard say, on air,
