Hi, this is electra again, thankyou to the advice i received after my last post, i definately intend asking my doctor about that. I'm posting this time as i believe i may be pregnant again, I'm hoping 8 is my lucky number! yesterday i was due on, i'm still waiting! but i'm scared to do a test, it's like if i confirm i'm pregnant, then i'll lose again. Now don't get me wrong, Im a rational person i know something as stupid as a test is not going to make me lose, but it's still in the back of my mind. now some people might say only one day late means nothing, but i'm one of those people that does the temperature thing every morning,I follow the "FAM" method, i've had 17 days of a high temperature, all the signs are there, but i still don't want to confirm it, in case it's tempting fate! I'll keep everyone posted. Wish me luck!!!

Good luck Electra! All the best.

Do the test in your own time, when you're ready. Stay calm and positive, and get plenty of rest. Be good to yourself now.

You are very courageous. May i just suggest that you give your body a little more time between attempts at pregnancy? I've been told by my doctors and numerous friends who've had miscarriages that we should wait at least 3 months before trying again. If you've had 7 in two years, you might consider that you're going too fast! If, though, number 8 is successful for you, scratch what i've said and all the more power to you!
The only other suggestion i can make in case you continue to have problems, is to try getting a special thyroid test. I just talked to a friend who's 41 and finally having a successful pregnancy after 3 losses and the trick for her was finding an endocrine doctor who simulated pregnancy in her body and THEN tested her thyroid. Because when she's not pregnant, her thyroid tests all come back normal (never had a problem in her life) so they never suspected it!

Lots of good wishes go out to you! Keep us posted!
