I'm 40 years old and have recently started wearing some cream blushes. Before that, I would have worn only powder. My skin seems a bit drier now, so I feel better about the cream formula than before (it is faster and easier to apply and blend imo).
I've tried Stila Convertible Color and Nars The Multiple...of the two, the Nars has the better color. But it is expensive ($36.50 for what amounts to a ginormous stick of color). The Multiple can also be used on eyes, body and lips. It's a fantastic lipstick color but it is drying. I still haven't tweaked it to work as a lipstick yet.
Stila CC can also be used on lips. It's dry but works fine over some lip balm.
Drugstore-wise...the last cream blush I used was back when L'Oreal made blush sticks. And these were great. (As I say, my overall oily skin kept me from investigating cream blushes overly much.)
In conclusion...if you haven't tried cream blushes lately, why not give it a go? <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
