After being made to feel slightly insecure about my appearance when I hit 40 by my teenage daughters - I was still quite attached to my khaki cropped trousers! - I decided to set up www.stillgorgeous.com for those of us over 35 who have kind of lost their way in the fashion and beauty department.

That is a great site! I am not over thirty five yet, but I will be sometime! I've heard people say that women are like fine wine, better with age. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Wisdom and life experience make you more interesting which translates to a greater sense of beauty. Besides, we're only as old as we think we are.

To accept the aging is difficult for all of us. That is why anti aging cosmetics are doing big business. After ten years, you will reach 50 and so on. What will you do then?
better enjoy your age. wear whatever you like. forget how your teens look. forget every comment. Just enjoy life. If anybody tells you that you are growing old, tell them that they will also do that.

Well next year I am 60 years old. Must say I am enjoying life much better than all the other big 0's. Perhaps it is because I am retired, happy, lots of friends, love my dancing probably fitter than I have ever been in my life.
Of course I have a few wrinkles, but I am one of those people who loves the anti aging cosmetics, colour the hair, nail done weekly. You are only as young as you feel.
