The most recent article is about how we might inspire the youth to keep a journal. How have you personally motivated yourself to write even when there may not have been anything worthy to write about?!

It used to be that Keeping a Diary was the thing for teen-age girls. I suppose that is kind of old hat these days with the computer age.

Not that many seem interested in doing things like that any more....guess they would have to stay home to do it and most want to be out doing things.

I know this is quite a challenge. There are many days that go by and I haven't journalled anything. Then when I try to catch up, I can't remember a thing that happened! It's one of those things that requires us to make it a daily habit - like part of the morning routine. I kept a diary when I was younger as well. Sadly, most of them ended up destroyed.
