I know this is quite a challenge. There are many days that go by and I haven't journalled anything. Then when I try to catch up, I can't remember a thing that happened! It's one of those things that requires us to make it a daily habit - like part of the morning routine. I kept a diary when I was younger as well. Sadly, most of them ended up destroyed.
