Hi i was wondering if you can get the sphears early in the game or you have to wait until later as i am at besaid village and dont want to miss it if i can get it early

no, you have to wait until you find the first one in macalania(?) - then you can go back and get all the others. hope this helps!

After you fight Spherimorph in Macalania Woods, you get the the first Jecht Sphere. After that, you can start gathering them.
