Perhaps someone from BWXT Pantex should take a look at this forum and decide if TexasDave has broken the law. If he has, then the forum administrator will have his IP address and can pass this on to his bosses.

No laws have been broken. I know my limits. I have given you public information. This is the end of that discussion.

I don't think you're in a position to end this dicussion - you're not the owner of this forum.

As to whether any laws have been broken, that's up to BWXT Pantex to decide when they receive your posts.

If you gave us "public information" there was no need to mention your security clearance. That was completely inappropriate AND unrelated - IF the information was public.

And, you STILL have not offered any proof of your statements. Proof would be another source of information (with a link), verifiable, UNCLASSIFIED, and hopefully from someone reputable.

You don't get to decide, Dave.

Dave, what's USDOE? Are you serious? You really have a top level (your terminology) clearance?! You should learn the terminolgy. Classified, Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, and For Eyes Only. There's no "top level" clearance.
