My dad said the same thing this last weekend. All he watches is Walker Texas Ranger and Family Feud. I guess everyone has their own taste.

"Rope" is fascinating!

Anyone who finds Hitchcock "boring" either has it on a TV set as background noise or was brought up on shows where everything is completely spelled out for the viewer; hence, the senses are completely dulled.

Hitchcock may be many things; boring is not one of them.

My favorite Alfred Hitchcock film has to be Shadow of a doubt Joseph Cotton is superb and the directing is even better if you have not seen it you have really missed out.
