Jennie I use jojoba oil for the base of my personal perfume. I make a blend of several essential oils including cedar and lavender. It's a very muted fragrance and I wear it more for the calming affect the eo's have on me than for others to smell it.
You can also use a mix of cyclomethicone and body safe fragrance oils in a fine mist spray bottle for a "dry" fragrance that will last a long time and leaves a soft after-feel.
In the summer I make a refreshing spray with peppermint and lavender eo's (just a few drops of each) in a spray bottle of either hydrosol or distilled water and keep it in the fridge. It's wonderful to spray on after coming in from working in the garden or after a shower on a really hot summer day.
There are bath & body products on the site 1stperfume.com, too, as well as home fragrances--if you've been spraying Glade to cover up the smell of cigars or pot roast, I highly recommend investing in some high-end airborne cosmetics, and I've never seen a better selection.
