What are your favorite games for just two players? Do you often play two-player games, and if so, under what circumstances (with friends, with your S.O., etc.)?
My S.O. and I really love Scrabble. We've also gotten into playing DVD games while lying in bed at night, instead of watching TV. We really like abstract games as well, both the classic ones and some of the newer ones I've reviewed, like 3 Stones and Da Vinci's Challenge. We don't have kids, so the majority of our game playing is two-person (I "borrow" friends' children to review the kids' games.... the friends don't seem to mind).
