Glad you both like these! Just an FYI: PowerPoint is a software from Microsoft Office used to put on presentations for office, schools, churchs, clubs, etc.

Do not know whether I am in the right department, but I am doing Powerpoint at the moment. How do you make them small enough to send via e-mails. I do music with singing and make it a wave file, then compress it down but it is still far too big.
Good friends are like stars. You don't always see them but you always know they are there.

Hey Toetapping, I may be a little too late for your question, but one answer I can give is to try to ZIP the file and this will compress it down. Hope this helps. Anyone have any other suggestions?

toetapping, you need one of the add-ins for PowerPoint for presentation compression. dunno if there any of them free. btw, everyone, check this nice free PowerPoint Templates. I, personally, like them very much.

Hey J, I liked the powerpoint presentations also. I also like that avatar you have. Original?! I found a few things out about compressing your powerpoint presentations that include the "Why" and "How". Here is the address of a great article about it: http://www.somacon.com/p133.phpThanks for stopping by~
