I need help beating seymor cause i beat the machina thing that has the mana beam but my aeons are all dead except the Ifrit i can do one overdrive the he dies then all my guys died from seymors first aeon summoning! there is no save sphere along the way to beat seymor so i cant get my aeons back!
And i cant do wat lisa says cause i have no aeons and i dont have Yuna in my party during the time till i go to beat seymor!! *sighs*

I'm having a hard time remebering where you are. I know it isn't Mt. Gagazet, so are you at Djose? Anyway, the strategy will be the same wherever you are.


Why are all your aeons dead? The machina isn't that hard. All machina are vurnerable to lightening so you have several options. First, have your characters equipped with weapons that have thunderstrike. Second, if you have Lulu's overdrive, do a thunder(a,aga) fury. After her overdrive, just use her to keep using magic and have two people attacking constantly with thunderstriked weapons. The only exception should be if you need to heal. Shell will reduce any magic attacks coming at you. Just keep on going at him and he dies. No problem.

BTW, I haven't played that part in a while, but once you beat him, why can't you just run back to a save sphere? Go back and heal and save. If you are at Djose, there is one right before the temple.

I cant go back to the save sphere and i have to disable some sort of magic barrier first then there is a giant mana beam that i throw my aeons in front of!!
I cant go back cause we hop on some sort of snowmobile and take off so i cant save and i dont have Yuna after that!!

Don't rely strictly on your aeons powers for that fight. Go with more thunder related attacks. Crawler is just a giant machina, so it is vurnerable to lightening. If my last strategy didn't work, try this one. First off, destroy Negator so that way he can't stop you from using magic and summons. Wakka's overdrive Attack Reels should work here. You already have Ixion. Just bring him/her/it out and use him. Don't use all of your magic on attacking with thunder. Use mostly physical attacks. The reason why... If your health starts getting low, just cast thunder on yourself and it will heal Ixion. Just keep attacking him and healing yourself when necessary. If for some reason Ixion dies, then rely on Lulu's magic (Thundara) and use Either Auron and Wakka or Auron and Tidus to just keep wailing away on him. Don't be afraid to heal yourself as needed. If this doesn't work for you, let me know and I'll go back through the game and go hands on with exactly what to do.

Let me know when you beat him and get to Seymour if he still keeps killing you. Let me know how your party looks and I'll give you a strategy from there. Hope I helped some. Good Luck.

I am just wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a way to heal aeons without waiting for them to heal themselves....trying to kick Seymour's behind, andI am building up my aeons, but was, as I said, curious as to whether or not it was possible to heal them on my own....:)

u still haven't told me where a save sphere is to heal my aeons! is there even one?

you know, the best thing you could do would to be just run around and level up a bit before you start the fight against the machina- you're at macalania aren't you? then you'd have enough health left to whack seymour without having to get to a save sphere.

oh, and you can teach your aeons the cure spells eventually- Aeons>>abilities

If you activate a save sphere, it will heal your aeons. Other than that, you have the curing spells that can heal them.

As far as your save sphere, I went back to the temple in Macalania and right when you first walk in the save sphere is on your left. Just save before you start to run up the steps (which engages the battle). There should be no problems from there. If you still need help, just let me know. Good Luck man.

About the machina, I used Wakka and I think constantly cast silence so when it was time to use his big magic beam it couldn't, therefore saving your aeons. That and I believe a dispel, will remove the magic shield thingy.

At the top of the page, click on My Home. From there, click Edit in the box that says personal information, email, password, etc. Scroll down and you'll see the Signature box. Type in your siggy. You can hit preview to make sure it looks like what you want.

For the avatar, if you don't have one already saved, then check the box that says Use a stock avatar, then hit change, and choose whatever pic you want. If you do have one saved, then just type in that filename in the box that says URL to your avatar (200x200 max pixels, may be smaller) (.gif, .jpg, .png accepted).

Once you're done, just hit submit.
