I don't really have a favorite - I've been to a bunch in the US and around the UK - (they may be my favorite, but it was years ago and I can't really remember the names of those I saw).
I thought I'd let everyone know though that if anyone is up in Quebec, there is a whole "Garden Route" that you can take (when the weather is right I guess), that will bring you through some really amazing places.

This really has to be The Princess Diana Memorial Garden Kensington London. Pathos, memories, architecture, landscaping, botanical displays, an excellent childrens playground - and all within walking distance of top designer boutiques.

Every time we're in Kensington ,shopping, we always take the kids here for a picnic break, for them to let off steam and for us to 'pay our respects.' This is the most atmospheric garden I know and that I have written about:
