I'll be the first. Here is my special recipe. Campbell's eat your heart out!
It�s Not Your Mother�s Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
� 2 cans of Contadina Tomato Sauce
� 1 can of stewed tomatoes
� 2 chicken bouillon cubes
� 1 cub water
� 2 tablespoons olive oil
� 4 tablespoons lemon juice
� � cup frozen scallops
� 1 cup chopped celery
� 1 tablespoon parsley
� 2 teaspoons thyme
� 1 tablespoon basil
� 2 teaspoons rosemary
� 1 teaspoon salt
� � teaspoon ground pepper
1. In a saucepan, simmer scallops in lemon juice until tender. Set aside.
2. Mix tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes bouillon cubes, water, olive oil, celery, salt, pepper, and spices in 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Add scallops in lemon juice. Cut back heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Serve warm with crackers.
