there is a product that you can set a time to automatically turn off your hair straightener or hot roller? i'm asking this because i'm working a school project which my team's supposed to make a product to meet consumer's need. my teammate said she always forget to turn off your hot roller and straightener so i'm wondering if any of you have the same problem? if there's a product like that, what kind of features would you like to have on the product? any comment from you guys is would be very helpful for my team to make a new product. thank you very for helping. <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

What a neat school project. I know it has been a week since your posting, but thought I would respond anyway just in case you are still working on your project.

I would definitely purchase a hair straightener or hot rollers that automatically turned themselves off. As the parent of a teenager, I would gladly pay more for a product with this feature so that I could have the reassurance that the product is off and all is safe.

This is late too but how about a power strip that would automatically turn off. Then you could plug all your hair care items into it and they all go off at once.
