I won a tournament and was suppose to learn the jecht shot 2 but it said noone on my team can learn that move. What do you need to do to get Tidus to learn that shot?

Hi! you need to get tidus to learn all of his key techniques first. Did you save after you won that tournament? if you did then you'll have to go through a million tournaments again to find the next one with the jecht shot 2 as the prize.

i actually didnt save, ok he only has 3 key techniques right?

yep, once you learn them you can learn jecht shot 2 and a whole bunch of other techniques.
