Recently I've started mixing my own drinks at home to save money, instead of going out to bars. What are some of your favorites? Here's mine, I got the recipe from www.thebar.com:

Bailey's After Dark

Ingredients
� 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
� 1 oz. cappuccino liqueur
� 2 scoops mint ice cream
����or ice
� 1 splash cream
� 1 cherry
................................................................................
Preparation
� Add Baileys Irish Cream, cappuccino liqueur, mint ice cream or ice, and cream
� Blend and serve in hurricane glass
� Garnish with cherry

Mmmm... sounds delish, and absolutely luscious! I bet you could also serve it over the ice cream (instead of blending it).
