Yesterday I went to Walmart with a friend. Of course I wandered over to the fish section to look at bettas. I was surprised to see a bunch of little cups on a shelf on the end of an aisle. (They're usually kept where the sink area is) Anyway, below the cups was what looked like a lava lamp. It was the same kind of shape but with a bubbler and a poor betta in it. The bottom was not very wide, and the top was pretty narrow and the poor fish could not even relax because of the aweful current in there. He kept trying to swim down to the bottom but the bubbler kept pushing him up. I feel like a coward because I didn't say anything, but I doubt they would have cared. Maybe some of you in the U.S have seen it already. I think it's as stupid as those betta condos. Rant over.
