Hi everyone,
Things have been have been pretty stressful for me lately and I like keeping stress low naturally with exercising and just plain old laughing. But sometimes that doesnt cut it. I saw these vitamins called StressEez and I am wondering if any of you have tried them and if they work?

Hi Everyone!,
Has anyone heard of EFT? Emotional Freedom Technique?

Basically you tap on several different energy points on your own body to release negative energy while saying a setup phrase. Its free, its easy and its worth a try. You can download the ebook from www.emofree.com

I agree, if you are feeling down physically, mentally or emotionally EFT does work. Its simple and easy to learn.

Reiki is also a great stress-reliever -- look for a practitioner in your area. It's also easy to learn, from a master teacher; that way, you'll have tools for stress reduction right at your own fingertips! I find that, as a practitioner, when I give a treatment -- I GET a treatment, too. That's a HUGE benefit. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

You don't need to take any supplements at all. I've got a hydrobath hydrotherapy system that fist in my bath and fills the water with bubbles. These massage my body and soothe my aches and pains and de-stress me. After half an hour in the bath nothing can keep me awake!

I'd recommend deep breathing exercises for stress reduction. It's easy, you can do it any place at any time, no equipment need and it's free.

Check out my webpage on breathing and there are exercises there. very easy!

It's also good for asthma sufferers, increasing your metabolism and boosting your immune system. You'll feel like a million after doing the exercises for a couple weeks.
