I guess I am not really surprized that the "seconds" are outsourced. I can't really figure how these CEO's figure that we are stupid and will be loyal when they are sending junk.
I remember the day when department store clothes were U.s. made and better quality, not everything looks like Walmart and Kmart at the Malls and the stuff at the discount stores looks like family dollar or woolworths(when they were around)
Isn't it amazing that I am paying the same cost for my clothing than I was 30 years ago. I wouldn't mind paying twice as much if the products were any good.

Just wanted to finish my story of Dec 22nd. In January I sent off all my samples to Coats & Clark (Red Heart Yarn) of the places where the yarn was either knotted together within the skein or the texture and thickness varied, and yesterday, in the mail, I got a big box from Coats and Clark. In it was nine skeins of yarn - three of each of the colors I had had problems with! I was delighted, as I expected a coupon for some cents off or something. Keep track of this stuff, folks, and send it to them. They will make it right, believe me.
