Bevelle is closed and I didn't find the chest in the trial before I left. I know I need that in order to do the trial at the Baaj temple to get Anima. Is there any way to get back into Bevelle or am I out of luck? Please help. Thanks

you don't need to go back to bevelle at all - you had to do the whole destruction thingy to get through the trials. so yeah, just all the other temples. hope this helps! <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for responding. But isn't the trial with the brite lite walkways in the Bevelle temple?

Raina: it IS possible to miss the chest in the CoT (Cloister of Trials) in Bevelle, if you don't have two Bevelle spheres with you when you go to the exit.

As for being able to go back and get it, I can't remember - been too long since I made that mistake. It would make sense that you can go back at some point, but at the same time, Anima is technically a secret aeon, so it could be a one-shot deal.

But personally, I'd place money on being able to go back in at some point later in the game.

Yeah, that's the thing. I made it out of the trials in Bevelle without finding the destruction sphere. And I didn't know anything about the Anima aeon til I read a walkthrough. I've already progressed so far in the story that I'm at the point in the tower inside Sin, but I still can't get inside Bevelle. I think, like Stormkeep said, it is a one-shot deal. Oh great...

Anyone have a solution? If not, I guess I'll have to give up.

i'm quite sure you have to use the destruction sphere to get through the trials - arrowhead, are you sure you've done the destruction sphere thing in all the other temples, including zanarkand?

yeah i had the same problem, i was so sure tht i missed the destruction sphere in bevelle but then realised tht i missed the one in zanarkand. i think when you go to the one in zanakand you have to fight some big monster thing in the middle of the temple. if you have done him already i think you have to come back to zanarkand and do the trials again and then you will get the destruction sphere
