The machine sews great zigzag and straight stitch but I am unable to get ANY of the seam former (pattern cams) to work. Any suggestions, we have gone over the manual and tried everything.
I would suggest getting a reputable service person to look at the machine. If you have followed all the directions and it is still not working, you should have the machine serviced.
