Can anyone tell me whether it is safe to feed geese bread? I have read they usually eat grass or corn. Can the bread harm them?

Thanks

Bread isn't going to harm the geese, and it isn't helping them from a nutritional stand point either.
Empty or wasted calories if it's white bread.

Beware: If you feed them; they will come...What seems like a good idea right now may well become a disaster later; especially with geese who never forget a food source and come back with all their friends and their kids and their kids kids for decades...

Not to mention if you move and the new owners are not so accomodating.
