I wear high heels to work all day. Ouch. Every night I complain about my feet, but its not like we have a choice, right ladies? Has any one checked out these things called Insolia Inserts? They are these invisible shoe inserts that take the weight off the ball of your foot and shift it to your heel. Theyre pretty cheap too.

I haven't tried those, but I have tried the 'toe insert' by Dr. Scholl's gel insoles. They work wonderfull; it doesn't feel much more comfortable, but it greatly reduces the long-term stress on your foot, and the blisters.

Hmm I havent tried the Dr. Scholls insoles. The Insolia inserts are nice because they really do make the shoe more comfortable.
