Hope everyone has a wonderful time. I am a little disappointed because there will be no trick or treating where we live (all dirt, no street lights and 2 1/2 acre lots), we will take Nick into town for his trick or treating. I love seeing everyone all dressed up. Last night we went to the local FISH haunted house and it was really good, they did a very tasteful scary house and was worth standing in line for.

Halloween has always been enjoyable to me as well. When we lived in the city we went all out and decorated and dressed up to hand out candy. I loved seeing the children dressed in their costumes. We live out in the "woods" now so we don't get tricker treaters either. This year though I'm going to help my daughter take the kids around so I'll get to enjoy some of the festivities.

this is the start of my FAVORITE time of year. I live in an apt. complex and there were TONS of trick or treaters. They have this rule that there is no trick or treating in the complex past 7pm so all the kids go out early. I bought about 6 or 7 huge bags of candy and they were all gone by 5:30! It was fun, I can't wait for Thanksgiving!
