I have never dealt with caring for a mother dog and 10 puppies but I did find this link:

http://www.talktothevet.com/ARTICLES/DOGS/Pmothercare.HTM

It says that a special diet is not required but she will need twice as much food. I think Iams and Purina make a food blend specially formulated for pregnant dogs. It seems like this type of blend would still be good while she is nursing.

Keep us posted on how she is doing. She is lucky to have found you.

PUT HER ON A GOOD PUPPY FOOD AND MAKE FOOD AVAILABLE TO HER AT ALL TIMES.I WOULD ALSO FEED HER WET PUPPY FOOD FIVE TIMES A DAY.I HAVE NEVER HAD A FEMALE NOT PUT BACK ON WEIGHT AFTER PUPS.YOU COULD ALSO FEED HER SATIN BALLS IT MAKES PICKY DOGS GAIN WEIGHT FAST.YOU CAN GET THE RECIPE ONLINE.I HOPE THIS HELPS AND GOOD LUCK WITH THE PUPPIES
