I learned how to make Apple Butter and Can it, and also canning pears. Going to finish the pears up tomorrow then we will have tomatoes, peaches, and corn. I am so proud of myself and yes it does taste good <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I guess next you will get some Sheep and make and Dye your own yarn and make needles out of fallen tree twigs !!! Ha ha

My oldest Son got married to a southern country girl in N.C. and he learned to do gardening and canning.

I love to can this particular corn recipe and make fried corn. I haven't canned in a few years but eventually I will get back into it.
