Here's some of mine:
Cucumbers, carrots & celery (you can dip in salsa or ranch)
Cheese --string cheese is good
Meat sticks like Slim Jim
Pork rinds
Boiled eggs
Olives
Nuts -- pecans & macadamias, almonds
Raspberries are great with a little cream or half & half, some Splenda & a little vanilla
Breyer's Carb Control Chocolate Ice cream is good.
Sugar-free Jello
I don't snack a lot, but I keep the above on-hand for nibbling on if I miss lunch or get hungry between meals.
