yeah, I almost brought home a copy of that ad when I saw it in Vegas, and then didn't for the same reason.

I know more older women who've gotten their first tattoo in the last few years so maybe that Citi ad isn't ad accurate as the marketing guys might think.

yep,got my last one at age 40...one before that at 25 so there was a 15 year gap...would have seemed strange maybe on my credit card bill.
I think they just want people to realize if something pops up not along the lines of your regular purchases they will notify you.

So I guess in order to FEEL safe you may have to be profiled per say.

With the amount of the jerko's out there doing it ..Identity theft is one of the fastest growing crimes there is...and it can totally mess you up for years soooo oh well, they want to grab your attention with something.

I stopped using credit cards a few years ago and have never looked back.

If you aren't into fishing and someone buys a boat with your card it would be the same thing to me.....or if your 90 and the picture was of some 20 year old guy buying skydiving equipment...same thing...
