The pictures everyone has been posting are GREAT! The info is wonderful, too, for those of us more challenged than the others. LOL! <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> EMG, alot of people were not responding because they just did not know how to go from the real (digital shot) to the virtual (online, here, to ya'll). I started 2 years ago taking pictures of a sitting mama Mallard and her babies when they started leaving my flower bed and I still have them...off line. I found this site for THEM, named myself (babyquacker) to get more info and am still too timid to try all this new stuff. Listening to ya'll gives me courage to try, though. Well, thank you very much Quacker !

My first pictures were nothing to scream about....lol...it's a process of learning by trial and error...and LOTS of pics ! I can't say how many I trash before I get a few that are decent enough to keep. But I will say, that the throw aways are getting less and less as I learn.

Can't wait to see some of your pics Quacker....if you aren't sure about how to post them here....all you need to do is find a site to host your pics...(where they have an "upload" feature where you can upload your pics from your computer to the site) Photobucket is a good site and it's free, but there are many others out there.

After you upload your pics to the album site....just put the url to that pic between these brackets [img]www.whatever.com[/img] on the reply page...and your pics should show up here.

Well, I finally got a photo to turn out....but where are the fish LOL?! Actually there are 3 angels that you can see if you look really close. One is a black marble and the other two are mainly white koi. The two white ones, one is at the upper right hand corner and the other one is mid tank. The black marble is in front of the big root and he is turned so he is hard to see...

You're right...lol..they are hard to see, but I can see that one in the back upper right corner.

Keep plugging away with that camera and you'll be turning out some fantastic shots !!

heh thanks! sorry haven't been on the forum in couple weeks. Unfortunately we've lost three of the six barbs. Apparently there was a really high nitrogen level, and high alkalinity. Hubby changed out some water, and added some chemicals. So hopefully no more die!
