Those sound really good! Thanks for sharing those.. Here is an oldie but goodie . It's been made in my family for generations with just a little adaption like..canned broth instead of homemade broth etc....
Grandma's Turkey & Dressing
1 lg turkey cooked as directed (save broth)
1 - 9 x 13 in. pan of biscuits,
1 loaf bread
3 c. chopped onion,
2 c. chopped celery,
1 doz. eggs boiled & chopped,
1 lb. butter, melted,
sage to taste (I use about 3 Tbsp.)
Salt & Pepper to taste.
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans if desired
Saute' onion & celery in butter until tender.
In lg. roasting pan combine cornbread, biscuits & white bread all crumbled.
Add butter, celery, onion, pecans & seasonings.
Pour in saved turkey broth adding canned chicken broth to slightly soupy consistency.
Add chopped eggs.
Cover & bake in 400 F. oven for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 30 - 40 more minutes.
This will thicken as it cools slightly.
