I think you should contact the person who posted the story and demand that she remove it from her site. It clearly is yours - she changed only a few words.
This happened somewhere else in Bella - I think to Eva, the Crochet host - someone stole her patterns ...

Hi Jaga - why don't you write another article - about plagiarism on the internet?
you could cite her article as an example, comparing it with your original article and showing how she based it on what you wrote....
CO SIE POLEPSZY, TO SIE POPIEPRZY....

Raytan,
these are all good ideas. I will write to this girl soon. I am afraid that she has more stolen texts - so she may remove mine because she may be afraid but she would not mind to keep other!
It is interesting, until somebody stole my own text I was not really into "persecuting" anybody.
It is clear that she stole my text with all the introduction about Teutonic history. If she would be smart enough she could just stole the text of the legent without any aditions which I put in.
I was searching the internet to find anything good for the "site of the month" - maybe I should award this site with "the worst site of the month award"?
I guess, first I will wait for the response from this lady

Go for it, Jaga. Your articles clearly state copyright. You have two options 1) Prosecute under the International Copyright Law or 2) Simply threaten her with this and demand that she withdraws her article. Copyright Law is a complex subject, allowing 'some' copying of original material, but I would say certainly not almost your complete article with only a few alterations (she even copies a gramatical error of yours - "her soul 'keep' wandering in the castle." . She deserves punishment - at the very least she could have credited your work. Leslie

Jaga,
I think this one is also yours! They also used the same photograph, but without credit.

You could be really nasty and hit her where it hurts, contact her money sources about her plagiarism! She has quite a few little ads on her site.
Michelle Taylor Why me? What did I do to deserve this? (go on, ask)
