I'm at the stage where you meet the first 'grey' who slings the orbs out which turn into soldiers. I have to bring down his sheild and kill him. Whats the best way to do this? Mutate and then fire parasites at his [censored]? Never seems to last long enough to have an effect.

Actually, I did it last night. I did fire parasites at his grey hide. A full volley is enough before you run out so kill the two guards (left and right) conventionally first.
There is a part on the next section though where there are 2 sheilded greys and I can only take out the first one with parasites and I have none left for the one opposite him.
Any ideas anyone? hold off the soldiers until I have regenerated again?
