Has anyone read this book? I've read the first of the trilogy, and I know the second one is out. But I found out yesterday, that there is a movie being made about this book. And it's going to be produced by C-Murder. C-Murder is a rapper who has recently been released from jail. I'm not sure how much faith that I have that this will be a good movie, but I will see it simply because I've read the book.

I've never even heard of it! I'm wincing a bit at the thought of C-Murder as a movie producer, though. What was the book about? Who wrote it?

The book is by Teri Woods. And now that I think about it, C-Murder would actually probably be a good director (with some guidance) for the movie. I'm sure the guidance necessary to make it good won't be there though. The book is about this guy who had it kinda bad growing up, and how he became one of New Jersey's biggest drug dealers. Throughout the book, he's on trial for committing all of these murders. The trial is the present and the story of his life is told in the past.
